For copper anodes with low impurity content and high precious metal content, higher current densities and higher electrolyte temperatures can be used, while the circulation speed of the electrolyte should be lower. For copper anodes with high impurity content and low precious metal content, the impurity content in the electrolyte must be strictly controlled, the current density should not be too high, the temperature of the electrolyte should be higher, the circulation speed should be greater, and the volume of purified liquid should be increased.

Furthermore, if the production targets are well-matched with the equipment capacity, the most economical current density can be adopted for production. If the production targets are large and the equipment capacity is relatively small, then high current densities must be used, and other technical conditions should also be correspondingly adjusted.
